The bonus rooom can be used for a 5th guest - on a request basis. The villa is located on 20 acres, and is secluded and private yet within minutes of 100 tasting rooms, wineries, gourmet dining,art & antique galleries.

Fox Barn Villa is 5 miles west of Highway 101, just off River Road toward the Coast & in the heart of Russian River Pinot Terroir. This deluxe, 2400 square foot villa is a very private place. Perfect for a special occasion, a fun wine country visit, completing a screen-play or book, or just relaxing in total privacy. 2 Master suites with king beds, walk-in showers (no tubs) double sinks with Italian tile. There is also a single bedroom with private bath; 5 person maximum occupancy for the entire estate, the 5th person must be requested. Relax on one of the 3 wide covered porches, sipping your wine and gazing our over the Pinot vineyard, olive trees, & Mayacama Mountains to the East.
