Overview
The property has fantastic 180° views overlooking part of the Royal Westmoreland Resort and onward to unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. This luxurious and very unique accommodation of Asian and Caribbean influences uses natural stone floors, dark wood trims and high-end finishes. Sundeck features five sizeable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
The ground floor has an open plan layout with an impressive central hall complete with water feature and koi pond. The very modern and fully equipped kitchen leads on to the dining area and the natural stone and wooden pool deck. From the deck you can dip into the large infinity-edge swimming pool and enjoy the magnificent vistas. The property also has its own gym.
The house is located within a five minute drive from Holetown offering many options for shoping, banking and dining. The Grantley Adams International Airport is a 35 minute drive away. Sundeck is truly a unique experience and must be seen to be fully appreciated.
