Each villa has three generously large, air-conditioned bedrooms, two on the upper level and one of the ground floor, all with private patios enjoying spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. All bedrooms feature bathrooms ensuite. Ceiling fans are throughout.

In addition to excellent beach and swimming facilities, there is a large saltwater pool for the exclusive use of residents.

Staff hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Each staff member has one day off a week.

Groceries are not included in the rental rate, however; the concierge team can pre-stock the villa for you for an additional fee.
Beginning October 1, 2026 guests will be required to prepay for grocery pre-stocking, airport fast track, airport transfers, and baby equipment rentals.
