Overview
As you enter though the main doors, TV room on the left with 60” TV, apple TV, Dish and HDMI connection and large glass sliding doors that open to a patio with garden view. Another large sitting room on the opposite side with large glass sliding doors open on to the pool deck with outdoor sitting area and sea views.
The pool deck has a solar heated infinity pool with sea views, large garden with fire pit, umbrellas, and lounge chairs in the shallow part of the pool. The deck area has 4 sun loungers and a large dining table and outdoor bathroom.
There is a formal indoor dining area that seats 14 and open plan, fully equipped chefs’ kitchen with large glass doors that open to another outdoor dining / BBQ area that seats 20 with garden and sea views. The kitchen area has a separate pantry/ scullery with 2 dishwashers and a large laundry room with 2 industrial size washers and a dryer.
There is a half bathroom in the passage that leads to 4 bedrooms and a quiet sitting area. The library/office is a quiet space to work and has a desk AC and a TV. The room opens to a patio / sitting area with partial sea and garden views.

Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with private patio over the pool deck, garden and with sea views, there is a walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, his and hers sinks and a separate toilet room.
The primary bedroom is upstairs and has a King size bed with private patio over the pool deck, garden and with sea views, there is a walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, his and hers sinks and a separate toilet room.
Bedroom 4 has a Queen size bed, patio that opens on to the garden with partial sea views, the bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, single sink, and toilet.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 are situated in the North Wing (separate from the main house) which has a small kitchen this is wonderful if you have nanny’s or security.
