The 2nd level is the heart of the home where the great room is where you can hang out and unwind in the living space along the cozy sofas while your family chef prepares an intimate meal. The kitchen is fully stocked with culinary essentials, new quartz counters, premium appliances, and a waterfall quartz kitchen island that offers additional seating. The family sized dining table that seats 10 is nestled between the kitchen and living room. 

The beach house comes beautifully appointed with 10 spacious bedrooms all designed with spa inspired ensuite bathrooms, luxury bedding, chic furniture, and are located on both 2nd and 3rd levels. On the main 2nd floor, you have 5 of the bedrooms with four of the rooms featuring king beds and the fifth bedroom 3 twin beds. On the 3rd floor you have the last 5 bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms highlight king beds, while your last bedroom is styled with a full over full bunk. 

The home can comfortably sleep up to 23 guests, which is perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. Relax on the balconies with a favorite book or soak up the Florida sun on the ground floor next to your private pool. 

The backyard is a tropical haven with plenty of outdoor lounging space to entertain while the grill master of the group gets the grill ready. Challenge your friends on the putting green or ping pong table. Loads of fun just hanging out at the house! When the sun starts to set, you’ll definitely want to make your way to the rooftop deck as you have quite a view to watch the glowing skies.

Anna Maria is a barrier island that stretches for 7 miles along the Gulf of Mexico and meets the Tampa Bay. The beaches are Insta-worthy and the outdoor adventures are endless. You can have a fun-filled day cruising the islands by boat, kayak, or paddle boards. Bird watch in the nature preserves, visit museums in Sarasota, and day trip to more sensational beach towns.
