Bring your paddle boards and kayaks or go fishing off the dock. The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft) along the dock up to 20 ft long. If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65.

Villa Notes
The boat lift is not for guest use, but you can dock a small boat with low clearance (about 7-8 ft) along the dock up to 20 ft long.
If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217).
