Overview
This beautiful 210 square meter duplex apartment has been tastefully decorated and made comfortable for a real Parisian getaway. The apartment has lots of natural light with its many terraces and balconies and views of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
The location is very convenient and is in easy reach to many of Paris’s tourist attractions. It includes a large 80 square meter open-plan living room and a 60 square meter furnished terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.
The dining room includes seating for up to 14 guests with balcony. Alfresco dining is available on the terrace. The TV room features satellite TV channels, a billiard table, piano and balcony.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, microwave, electric oven, large fridge, toaster, kettle and also has balcony. The bedrooms are located upstairs on the 9th floor.
Between Trocadero and Etoile surrounded by world famous museums, parks and iconic wide boulevards, the apartment is located in the heart of Paris 16th, one of the most prestigious districts. At walking distance to Victor Hugo, the Champs Elysees, the Trocadero and just across the Seine, to the left bank for Quai Branly and the Eiffel Tower.
There are shops at the foot of the apartment. Metro Trocadero is within a 6 minute walk. The apartment is also a 15 minute walk from Champs Elysées and 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Roissy Charles De Gaulle international airport is about a 40 minute drive (26 km). Parking is available opposite the apartment in the Casino car park.
