This 19th century Provencal farmhouse, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms is set on a hectare of fenced landscaped gardens with a heated swimming pool.

The 200 sqm of living space in this house is tastefully furnished with antique furniture and pictures.
The ground floor rooms all open onto the garden and have large terraces. This floor is divided into a huge living room with fireplace, a library, a TV room (with English speaking movies, satellite TV, and DVD player), a large professionally equipped kitchen, a vaulted dining room (with nice pieces of crockery and cutlery), a guest toilet, and a laundry with dryer and washer.
From the kitchen there is an access to an annex (the 'Orangery' - 20 sqm) with large visible wooden beams and wrought iron arch windows opening onto the garden; this room is mainly used as an office. The two ground level double bedroom, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with a separate bathroom, open onto the garden.
On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms, all air-conditioned: the large Master bedroom is magnificent with its wooden flooring, dressing room and large en-suite bathroom; a family suite with twin beds and en-suite a small room with another single bed, and a private bathroom; and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Outside
There are beautiful and spacious lawns with many splendid trees, night lighting, an ornamental pond and a basin style heated swimming pool with electric cover. Nearby the pool and its sun deckchairs, the pool house shelters a dining area, some garden furniture and a summer kitchen with a small fridge, a pizza oven and BBQ. The property has different 'al fresco' dining areas, shaded terraces, a small car park and garage for bikes.
