Overview

Ideally set in a peaceful private domain, this villa enjoys a fantastic, secluded setting, yet close to St Tropez and all the main resorts along this stretch of French Riviera. The ground floor is composed of a beautiful large open plan living room with sofas, feature fireplace and access to the garden. There is a dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are two double bedrooms with garden access, air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms.

On the upper floor are two further bedrooms with bathrooms, accommodating in all 8 guests.

Stroll outside in the private garden comprising of mature maritime pine trees, cypresses, shrubs and lawn area and enjoy the private 9m x 4m heated swimming pool & sun terrace with sun-beds and large parasol.  Several chill out areas with al fresco dining pergola with barbecue and table.  Enjoy the idleness of summer in this idyllic setting. There is ample parking for a numerous cars.

From this exclusive delightful oasis, the small village of La Croix Valmer is just over 2 kilometers away with several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops including its market on Sunday and Gigaro beach is only 1 kilometer, a short 10 minute walk, with its several well known beach restaurants.

Further afield, there are plenty of villages to visit like Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud with its restaurants & bars, and of course St Tropez just 12 kilometers from the villa. At Place des Lices you will experience a genuine village atmosphere with a twice-weekly market attracting visitors from all over the region. You can enjoy a meal in one of the many seafront restaurants and stroll along the shimmering marina, where multi-millionaire yachts are moored. St Tropez nightlife is really close at hand and so are the legendary beach clubs of Pampelonne and sandy beaches offering all sorts of water sports facilities. Day trips could include a ferry crossing to Ste Maxime, a visit to Cannes with its elegant promenade, or a journey inland to the quaint hilltop villages of the Var.
