Guests may experience intermittent noise and activity from power washing, scaffolding, ladders, and painting crews during daytime hours. Access to lanais and entryways may be temporarily affected, and furniture or plants may need to be moved while work is taking place.
• This townhome is on the second floor with interior stairs to the third floor. No elevator access.
• Beach chairs, beach umbrella and cooler provided.
• Standard occupancy is 8 guests; max occupancy is 10. Extra guest fees apply for guests over 8. Children under 5 are exempt from additional guest fees.
