This exquisite three-bedroom, three-bathroom home can accommodate up to six guests and features a large community 3-lane lap pool and tennis court. As you enter this multi-level house, you will be greeted by an expansive and spacious living room area that boasts oversized leather comfy sofas, a large HD TV, and sliding doors that open to the lanai and ocean beyond.
The large gourmet kitchen has been completely upgraded with granite countertops, Koa cabinets, and new stainless-steel appliances. It’s the perfect place to prepare a delicious meal to enjoy with your family and friends. The dining area has seating for six and opens up to the spacious oceanfront lanai, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean.
The primary bedroom, with king size bed is located upstairs and features a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and two sinks. The media area in the suite has an HD TV and seating area for reading or internet use. The second queen bedroom is also located upstairs and has its own bath and a small private lanai. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a Queen. This bedroom has easy access to a full bathroom and a separate laundry room. All bedrooms have A/C, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The unit is also equipped with high-speed internet access, ensuring that you can stay connected while you relax in paradise.
Outside, the spacious oceanfront lanai features a Japanese soaking hot tub, BBQ, and dining for six. The private lawn extends to the water's edge, where you can enjoy sunbathing, meditation, and general relaxation. There’s even an outside shower to cool off after a long day in the sun.
