Located within the exclusive gated community of Kona Bay Estates, this private retreat welcomes up to 10 guests to experience the beauty, culture, and tranquility of Hawai‘i.

Sleeping Quarters

• Primary Suite (Upstairs) – King canopy bed + futon, private lanai, media lounge, ensuite bath with dual vanities, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. A loft above the suite offers two Twin beds surrounded by panoramic ocean and mountain views.
• Guest Suite 2 (Upstairs) – King bed, ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, mountain views, and central A/C.
• Guest Suite 3 (Downstairs) – Queen canopy bed, ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, central A/C, and garden access.
• Half Bath – Located on the main level.

Each suite is individually air-conditioned for comfort and features tropical décor, ceiling fans, and ensuite bathrooms.

Good to Know

• This home features A/C in all sleeping areas; however, the living room, dining room, and kitchen are not equipped. With multiple accordion doors and open design, the home stays cool with natural ocean breezes.
• Note: This home is direct oceanfront with water surrounding the main spaces; it may not be ideal for families with small children.
• A/C thermostats are preset to shut off at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. They operate continuously at night, maintaining a minimum temperature of 74°F for guest comfort.
• Parking: Private driveway and garage.
• Community: Gated access, swimming lagoon, and beach within Kona Bay Estates.
