Overview

Some discerned wine enthusiasts love this area for its vineyards – the area of Menfi hosts one of the largest vineyards in Europe. Others just fall in love the magical sunset views – every day infinite shades of orange tint the sky with artistic perfection. Whatever your reason may be to pick Western Sicily as your next destination, there is no better way to enjoy it than staying at Villa Gresella. Located on the gentle hills in the outskirts of Marsala, this three-level villa offers modern facilities and memorable views of the Egadi Islands, with the iconic salt flats of Marsala on the horizon.

LIVING SPACES
Lower Level:

The oversized minimalist and clutter-free living room is great for entertaining: the open plan design includes a dining area and a family-friendly sitting area with generously stuffed sofas, great for enjoying the large screen TV with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors define this central gathering space and make it more welcoming by bringing in beautiful views of the pool. The white and warm gray tones color palette combined with the clean line furniture create a very crisp and pleasant ambiance. A guest bathroom, pantry and laundry room are also on this floor.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The villa is surrounded by a manicured lawn and verdant garden with colorful tropical plants, succulents, and fragrant jasmine bushes. The terrace, a perfect spot to marvel at the unforgettable sunsets, overlooks the infinity-edge private swimming pool – a treat for children and adults. The sundeck boasts shaded areas and comfortable lounges to fully relax in the sun or rest after touring the surroundings.

The villa resides less than four miles from the beach and five miles from the city center, so it is perfect for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the outskirts while staying close to the action. The villa’s generous square footage gives guests a good degree of privacy. Whether you are a beach lover, an archeology enthusiast, or a wine and food connoisseur, Villa Gresella is a great choice for you!
