While the living room is designed with easy care in mind, the dining area is completed with Biedermeier style upholstered chairs and table that give the space a more formal look. The hardwood floors, the internal staircase and the contemporary art on the walls add warmth and interest to the apartment. A fully equipped modern eat-in kitchen and the laundry room complete this floor.
