Seaside Villa is a contemporary and beautifully designed modern villa with a little glimpse of Hollywood by the sea. The crisp white interior and exterior décor give this glamorous villa its unique style. Inside, outdoor living at its best, with wonderful expansive views towards Montego Bay and the Caribbean Sea.

The entrance to the villa is over a bridge with sparkling water pools underneath. The central area of the pool, which has a dining pavilion and an outdoor terrace, welcomes you. There is an independent sitting room pavilion with walls of open double doors. The main villa features two bedrooms and an en-suite, both with private gardens. The interior sitting room boasts a dining room with exquisite, carved-wood paneled sliding walls. Here you will also find the gourmet kitchen.

Two more bedrooms are in the cottage, just steps from the main villa. Both with private terraces and indoor/outdoor baths/showers, these two rooms are completely private with glorious views of the sea.

A new fifth bedroom, opening on March 1st, 2025, is located in the open two-storey music pavilion. The ground-floor windows in the sitting area have blinds for privacy; however, the loft-style bedroom does not have any blinds.

Every area has been architecturally planned and gardens planted, making this lush, tropical villa an escape in paradise.

All bedrooms have quiet, remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen HD televisions, and en-suite bathrooms, robes & personal safes.

The king-size bed opens to an ocean-facing private terrace, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, open-air shower, + deep tub in the small ocean-facing patio

Bedroom 5 – Music Room 

Queen-size bed in loft-style pavilion with TV, Sonos, and Grand Piano. Bathroom on the lower level with a rain shower. Small private garden with a sitting area.

Round Hill Membership

A special amenity available to guests in this villa is membership at Round Hill, just minutes from the villa and one of the finest private resorts on Jamaica's North Coast. Round Hill offers a beach, pool, chaise lounges, towels, jogging trail, gift shop, logo shop, library with computer, bar, afternoon tea, Wednesday Manager's Cocktail Party, basketball court, tennis courts, and unforgettable long sunsets from the waterfront terrace. Guests must check in at the front desk on their first visit before enjoying the amenities at Round Hill. 

Additional Amenities (fee required):

• Kids’ Club: Pineapple Kids’ Club costs US$27.50 daily per child. Children three to twelve years old.  Children aged zero to three years old have the same cost, but must be accompanied by a nanny. The hours of the Club are 9 am-5 pm. Lunch is not included (parents collect children for lunch).
• Gym: $50 per person per day for any guests in Round Hill Villas or villas with Round Hill membership (this fee should be paid at the front desk before using the gym)

Please note: Round Hill membership is guaranteed for guests traveling until November 1, 2024. There may be occasions when some or all of the hotel's facilities are closed for membership guest services due to a private hotel event. Round Hill reserves the right to change or alter its membership packages without advance notice. Prices are liable to change without notice.

Tryall Membership

All guests must pay a resort entry fee of US$32 per person per day, plus a 15% tax, to have access to the resort amenities at the Tryall Club.  Children 13-15 years of age pay a discounted rate of 50% off, plus 15% tax, and children 12 & under are complimentary.

After paying the Temporary Membership Fee, members may use most Club facilities at no charge except the tennis shop, ball boys, bar & restaurant, spa, grocery, motorized water sports, nanny services, and golf.  Complimentary amenities include the beach, non-motorized water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party, and various special events.
