A fee of USD $15 USD per night will be charged for The Environmental Sanitation, this is a charge dedicated to the betterment of the local community operated by the government of Baja California Sur and must be collected
Visitors Day Passes: The villa accepts up to 5 additional people for visiting, after that amount it is considered a group for an event and an event fee will apply
