Overview
The high ceilings, curved walls and reclaimed doors give this expansive seaside Villa a luxurious and romantic feel. The newly renovated home opens up to a stunning lanai with comfortable lounge furniture, a private pool, and an unparalleled connection the sea.
The spacious kitchen and dining area enjoys plenty of counter space for preparing meals and pull up stools for casual dining and socializing. The custom wood dining table accommodates 12.
The Villa has the option of 5 or 7 bedrooms. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers, doors that open to a private upper deck, and stunning sea views.
Bedroom 3 is also on the second floor and faces the jungle with views of the large Zorba pool. This bedroom has a double bed, built in bunk beds, and an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4 is also on the second floor and jungle facing with views of the the large Zorba pool. This bedroom has a queen bed with a private shower and vanity in the room and access to the shared bathroom on the second floor.
Bedroom 5 is on the main floor. It has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a door opening to the common outdoor living space. This room is ideal for anyone who prefers not to navigate stairs.
Bedroom 6 and 7 are on the top floor and have a separate entrance. These can also be rented separately as Zorba Penthouse.
The house stays cool with ceiling fans and the natural sea breeze and there is A/C for night time use.
You are steps from one of the most stunning beaches in the world. The beach is a long stretch of powdery soft white sand and crystal clear Caribbean sea. The Zorba beach area in front has palms for natural shade as well as palapas, loungers and sea kayaks for you to use. The water is warm and turquoise, perfect for swimming.
Guests of this Villa enjoy a private pool and have access to the larger Zorba pool on the premises, the shared rooftop patio, yoga shala space, the beach area with day beds and beach loungers.
This Villa is close to amenities. You can walk along the beach to restaurants, spas, and yoga classes.
Yaan Spa, Be Tulum, Chiringuito, and Nomade are all within a couple minutes.
