Overview

The house features four oceanfront decks and unobstructed ocean views from everywhere in the home. The huge pool area is equipped with brand new luxurious furniture including chaise lounges and massive outdoor sectional. Outdoor also features a weber gas grill, multiple seating areas and great grass area for outdoor games!

1st Floor:

The foyer leads to gorgeous great room with large TV, doors to oceanfront balcony. Kitchen is huge and has a great eat-in area. Formal dining area to the right of the entry. The first bedroom is to the right of entry and has 2 Queens, TV, slider to balcony with ocean view and steps down to the pool area. Uses hall bath with a shower.

To left of entry - bedrooms, 2, 3 and 4, and a long hallway with W&D and door to garage. Bedroom 2 is to the left of entry and has King, TV, private bath with spa tub and separate shower, slider to balcony with ocean view and steps down to pool area.

3 steps up to the third and forth bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has Queen bed, private bath with shower only. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, TV, private bath with shower only.

Hallway in this wing has a closet with washer and dryer. There is also a door that leads downstairs to the garage. Door from garage leads to large game room with TV and ping pong table. No AC in this room but it stays cool with a dehumidifier. Door off garage leads to pool area.

2nd Floor:

The fifth bedroom is the Master bedroom with king bed, TV, doors to 2 separate oceanfront balconies. Huge private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. The sixth bedroom is the kids room with 2 entrances- one from hallway or there are also pocket doors from master bedroom leading to this room. Set of bunks with queen on bottom, twin on top. Crib. Pack n play. Ocean view. Kids room does not have access to oceanfront balconies. They are only accessible from the master suite.

There is a large pool with tons of furniture for outside lounging and dining with the Gas grill. There is a private path through the dunes to the beach. Steps from pool area lead down to outside shower and the garage.

Lower level rec room features gaming area with pop a shot, ping pong, big screen TV and Sonos. The full bathroom is also accessible from outdoor pool area for your convenience.
