The Main House 

A statement in coastal architecture, the Main House welcomes up to 10 guests across five ultra-luxe master suites—each a private sanctuary of comfort and style. Five king suites, each with spa-caliber ensuites. Floor-to-ceiling windows framing endless Atlantic views. Expansive common areas for dining, entertaining, or simply exhaling. Options for additional guests with air mattresses or flexible configurations. Every detail whispers understated elegance—from handcrafted furnishings to breezy, sunlit spaces that make the outside world melt away. 

The Guest House 

Where luxury meets adventure. The Guest House is a sprawling retreat built for togetherness—perfect for large families, retreats, or groups ready to make memories that stretch late into the night. Six beds across bunks, queens, and private nooks. Expansive great room designed for storytelling and laughter. Wraparound porch for sunrise coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen and communal dining for group feasts. 

Bedrooms

The main house has five king bedrooms with ensuites. The guest house has a living area, full kitchen, and wraparound deck. It includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, three full bathrooms, and a large bunk space with six additional beds and a lofted play area. 

Here, every corner invites connection—sunlight, salt air, and the sound of laughter rolling across the water. Beyond the threshold, just outside your door, the adventure continues: infinity pool & hot tub — soak, swim, and savor the view. Outdoor lounges & decks perfect for events, yoga, or wedding.
