It is the best place for those that want to lie by the pool, yet escape the sunshine for a moment. The pool has the option to choose the color of lighting. This makes it a wonderful place to sit in the warm summer evenings with a good dinner or drink. On the grass pitch there is a built-in coal BBQ. Furthermore there is also a high class gas BBQ by the dining area. There is a small water feature to the rear of the property, near the front door.

On the lower ground floor, one will find the fourth spacious bedroom, beautifully decorated with double bed, which, as well has its own en-suite with shower. The laundry room is also on this level.
