Breakfast Program: continental breakfast in-villa delivery for an additional small fee of $9 per person. Tea, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, croissants, pains au chocolat, lemon, butter, jam, sugar, French baguette included. Order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery times are between 7:45am – 11:00am.

5 nights minimum during High/Low Seasons; 7 nights minimum over Thanksgiving; 7 nights minimum over Christmas week only; 10 nights minimum over New Year week only, and 14 nights minimum when booking both Christmas and New Year's - Minimum night stay may vary by villa.
