Thursday Night Seafood Extravaganza: Feast on food from the sea, including grilled tiger prawns cutlet with garlic white wine, lemon butter and steamed corn on the cob, whole baked salmon, shrimp and vegetable coconut red curry, crab cakes, sushi, conch fritters, blackened swordfish, a selection of desserts and more while enjoying live music and a bonfire on the beach.

Sunday Night Island Beach Experience: Enjoy delectable dishes from the land and sea, including our famed 24-hour smoked brisket, fresh, sustainably harvested king prawns, BBQ chicken thighs, sushi, salads, and desserts, while taking in live entertainment on the beach.
