As guests enter through the gates, they’re welcomed into a beautifully landscaped tropical oasis surrounded by swaying palm trees. The interior of Villa Siena opens with a relaxed family living area featuring a bar counter, sectional sofa, 65-inch smart TV, and 22 feet of sliding glass doors that seamlessly connect to the outdoor pool area. Outside, guests can unwind on the comfortable poolside sofas in the private, lushly landscaped yard.

Upstairs, the villa boasts soaring 30-foot vaulted ceilings and a gourmet kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, including a six-burner Viking gas stove and a built-in Thermador refrigerator. A breakfast counter, formal dining table for eight, cozy lounge seating, and a 70-inch smart TV complete this bright and open space. Glass doors spanning 32 feet lead out to the expansive upper terrace, where you’ll find an al fresco dining area, lounge space, and built-in BBQ.

The villa’s stunning outdoor spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertaining. The first-floor terrace features a unique "floating" swimming pool with an infinity edge on three sides and a centerpiece of an ancient Italian well ring.
